Sessions are conducted online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You can join from home, your car, or anywhere you have a few minutes of privacy. We accept BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, and select EAP plans. Private pay sessions are available at $150 per session for those who prefer not to use insurance. If you have questions about whether we take your plan, reach out and we'll check for you.

No, it doesn’t matter where you are within the state to receive services. All of our Indiana therapy sessions are held virtually, so we serve individuals across the state, including smaller towns and rural communities where in-person mental health care can be hard to find. You just need to be physically located in Indiana at the time of your session.
